Q: Why there is a fingerprint recognition circle on the front case?
A:For the fingerprint sensor.
Q: Is the fingerprint sensor usable?
A:No problem.Do not wipe or touch the fingerprint area so it will last for a lot time.
Q:The sticker is dirty,why can't wipe it?
A:The fingerprint scanner is covered in some sort of adhesive.if you wipe it in any way,it will get durty,which will make the fingerprint scanner useless.
Q:My fingerprint sensor doesn't work？
A:Please follow our instructions.Press hard to make our screen protector of adhesive stick to the fingerprint area and reset the fingerprint recognition afer you installed the case.
Q:My sticker got messed up when I clean my screen off.Is ther a way to get replaced?
A:We provide a one-year warranty,if you have any question,please contact our customer provide pictures.
