The Buds will come in used condition, with slighty wear or tear visible. If you have any issues pairing your device, feel free to send us a message! Serial numbers are recorded before shipment for easier processing.

The case will be shipped the same business day or the next depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed Monday.

Sync Instructions
Place both Samsung Buds in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. With the lid open, place 1 finger on the sensor of each bud. Hold for at least 10 seconds until the charging case lights flash.
We do offer returns if you are dissatisfied with the product or if we cannot assist you in pairing the device. We always recommend sending a message first, we will do our best to respond quickly and resolve any issues.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
