A:For the fingerprint sensor.
Q: Is the fingerprint sensor usable?
A:No problem.Do not wipe or touch the fingerprint area so it will last for a lot time.
Q:The sticker is dirty, why can't wipe it?
A:The fingerprint scanner is covered in some sort of adhesive. if you wipe it in any way, it will get durty, which will make the fingerprint scanner useless.
Q:My fingerprint sensor doesn't work？
A:Please follow our instructions. Press hard to make our screen protector of adhesive stick to the fingerprint area and reset the fingerprint recognition afer you installed the case.
Q:My sticker got messed up when I clean my screen off. Is ther a way to get replaced?
A:We provide a one-year warranty, if you have any question, please contact our customer provide pictures.
